自制豆浆+豆渣鸡饼
豆奶很容做。将黄豆泡水隔夜,蒸熟,打成水,过滤。
豆奶做好之后如果能够急速冷冻会更幼滑。
剩下的豆渣很可惜,可是好东西啊!
豆渣+鸡肉碎+jagung粉适量+盐+胡椒粉+一粒鸡蛋搅拌均匀
下油锅煎成鸡饼,大宝小宝吃了很多呢!
分量自己拿捏,不太水容易翻就好。
